Konopiste, CZ
Konopiste offers one of the best shooting in Europe. This unique estate boasts 20+ superb and varied drives and can host parties of up to eight guns. The 20,000 hectare former shooting and hunting estate of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria lies roughly 45 minutes south of Prague. The topography of the estate is diverse, with ravine drives producing tall, testing birds over woodland, and cover-crop drives where the birds are driven from some distance. After a rewarding estate spoil yourself in the spa in our local chateau hotel or explore the culinary treasures of the nearby capital Prague.
Martinice, CZ
The Czech Republic is known for providing excellent driven pheasant shooting at historical estates for a reasonable price and is ideal for guns who are looking for something different. We are privileged to have the rights to a phenomenal shoot, a private estate about an hour south of Prague. This estate boasts 22 unique drives, through gently undulating, wooden terrain. The birds are coming from high ground and lofting over trees. The gun line is usually positioned in gullies or
ravines. This makes the height of birds challenging and creates demanding “snap” shooting in the woods. In addition, there are other drives in more open ground and incorporate steep gullies and banks which makes for some very varied and exciting shooting.
Orlik, CZ
We are privileged to have exclusive access to the private estate of the Duke of Schwarzenberg family, located just south of the capital. Established in the 1850s, this estate is renowned for its exceptional driven pheasant shooting, featuring 18 unique drives and ranking among the top three estates in the country for hunting in Europe. The gun line is strategically positioned in gullies or ravines to anticipate high and fast birds. Our guests enjoy a stay at the amazing 5-star chateau hotel nearby, which combines first-class accommodation with spacious rooms and a delightful selection of local and international cuisine, making it a perfect choice for any shooting agency in Europe.
